In short

This website doesn't require an account and we don't sell your data. We do use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful, which means cookies and sharing traffic data with Google — the details are below, along with how to opt out. The Android app is a separate matter: it keeps your battery data on your device.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic: which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, and an approximate location derived from IP address. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies in your browser, and Google processes that data on our behalf. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage default to denied under Google Consent Mode, so those cookies are not set unless you consent.

You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking the script with any content blocker. The site works normally without it — everything here is a static page.

What we don't do

• No account, registration, or login on this website.
• No advertising, remarketing, or conversion tags. Google Analytics is the only third-party script on this site.
• No names, email addresses, or payment details collected here.
• No selling your data, and no sharing beyond Google Analytics as described above.
• Nothing read from the Battery Health app — the website has no access to it.

The Android app

The Battery Health app processes battery data entirely on your device. Its data practices are described in the app's own privacy policy, available in-app and mirrored in the repository. The website and the app are separate: this policy covers only what happens on this site.
